Opened in 2023 Greengage House welcomes visitors looking for an unforgettable stay in South Wales. Don't settle for a cramped and impersonal hotel room or an all too common low grade air B and B. This was a family home, renovated and improved over 15 years to make it as comfortable as possible. c1900 housing meets modern bespoke design, providing space, peace, calm and green space in the centre of the city. Its three story layout, fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area make Greengage House perfect for work with its office room, or families and groups.

At the house

At Greengage House you’ll find all the amenities you need for an enjoyable, comfortable stay. Towels and bed linen are provided, a fully stocked kitchen with oven, microwave, boiling water tap, down draft convection hob, Bosch and Samsung appliances. Design and aesthetics include Tom Dixon lighting, bespoke hardwood internal juliet balcony and stair, double height dining room, natural rubber flooring and individual artwork. Outside there is a tiered 40m long garden with patio, herb garden, wooded area, lawn and fruit orchard.

Offering three fully prepared rooms with one king double, one standard double and one twin room. Fully made up beds will be waiting with fresh clean linen and towels. The bathroom provides a double shower, separate bath and offers views over the garden.

Pubs, restaurants, cafes and al other amenities are less than a 100m walk, yet Greengage House is still located on a relaxed and quiet one way road.
